Life coaching for adults
I believe everybody knows what coaching is about.. very briefly, it is to help a person attain/get closer to her goals or to help define her goals. It is mostly important that the coachee has the desire to move on.
What I enjoy in coaching is:
- Exploring possibilities and resolving seemingly impossibilities, listening and intervening when necessary, searching until finding what was not thought of earlier, supporting and encouraging the other to move forward and to do what is good for him/her, challenging constructively, sending the person back to their responsibilities, being confident in that person's abilities and using my intuition while encouraging their intuition, putting all my focus on the coachee.
It is similar to a dance, when both put their energy into it, something wonderful may appear.
